Grey Eagle Flight Academy is located in Carlsbad, California, at Palomar Airport.
Due to a change in management the following operating
procedures and rates will be in effect
Renter Procedures
Schedule flight requests will utilize the online scheduler

A new code for all doors will go into effect.
A cabinet with the aircraft dispatch logs and necessities for flight (oil, etc)
Procedures for fueling will be on the front of each aircraft binder.
At the end of each flight insert payment into the pay box. A current credit card must be on file for those renters wishing to use this method of payment.
Insure all doors and cabinets are locked when leaving the facility.
Maintenance Procedures:
Check maintenance log prior to flight. If an item has not been signed off, the aircraft will be grounded.
If a maintenance item occurred during flight, call the number on the front of the dispatch log before leaving the facility.
Student Procedures:
Schedule flights by utilizing the online scheduler, email a request, or contact your instructor.
Instructors will meet students 15 minutes prior to the scheduled flight at the Grey Eagle office.
Upon return of your flight please insert your payment into the pay box.
Insure all doors and cabinets are locked prior to leaving the facilities.
All solo flights will require an instructors release.
